E3 is rapidly growing and we’re Hiring 1099 Remote RV Driving and Orientation Instructors Nationwide. E3 RVing is looking for passionate, skilled, and dedicated RV Driving and Orientation Instructors to join our team as independent 1099 contractors. As a member of our instructor network, you’ll play a vital role in shaping a safer and more confident community of RV owners and operators across the nation.

E3 RVing Instructor Responsibilities:

  • Traveling within your region to provide on-site, one-on-one or group training.
  • Instructing Vehicle Pre-trip Inspections, basic maintenance tips, and basic control skills.
  • Teaching Uncoupling/Coupling Techniques for trailers and TOADs.
  • Coaching Safe RV Operation on various road types, including interstate, rural, and city roadways.
  • Providing Written Examinations and constructive feedback to assess and reinforce student progress.
  • Administrative Duties, including course scheduling, invoicing, and expense tracking.

Instructor Qualifications:

  • Class B non-commercial CDL or greater with at least three years of RV driving experience.
  • Clean driving record and a strong commitment to safe driving practices.
  • Proficiency in English with excellent communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and punctuality.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Comfortable working in all weather conditions to meet client training needs.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods in varying temperatures on paved surfaces.
  • Own a laptop with an HDMI port and experience using Microsoft PowerPoint.
  • Willingness to travel and fully embrace the RV lifestyle.
